Best of Brooklyn: World Autism Ability Awareness Gallery

A Brooklyn nonprofit group is hoping to knock down misconceptions about autism through art.
There are more than 100 works of art at the World Autism Ability Awareness Gallery in Clinton Hill.
The artists, who have autism, include painters who have a knack for picturesque landscapes and some with more animated tastes.
The gallery can be found RXR Realty at 470 Vanderbilt Ave. between Fulton Street and Atlantic Avenue.
It’s open every day except Friday until March 18.
