JERSEY CITY -

Three men were injured in a fight that led to a stabbing Saturday at the Newport Centre Mall in Jersey City, according to police.

Police say the men were treated for injuries that were not life-threatening after what appeared to be a targeted attack around 6:30 p.m.

A 20-year-old victim was brought to the Jersey City Medical Center with multiple stab wounds. Another 21-year-old victim was treated for wounds to his hands and has been uncooperative with police. A third victim refused to be transported to a hospital.

Reports say the stabbing happened in the JC Penney and there may have been a large fight beforehand.
