This week on NJ Power & Politics, comments and analysis from our guests after Governor Christie gives a final farewell in his state of the state speech. Analilia Mejia, NJ State Director of Working Families, and Chris Russell, Republican Consultant of CheckMate Strategies give us their take on the governor's speech and time in office, as well as the policies proposed by Governor-elect Phil Murphy – and what he is expected to tackle when he takes office next week.

Political reporter Katie Kyros also talks to Montclair University Political Science Professor Brigid Harrison, who looks back at the ups and downs of Governor Christie's tenure in New Jersey. 

And Republican Senator Joe Kyrillos concludes his 30 years in the state legislature.
