Cheddar Morning Business Update 11/21: Colorado sues Uber for $9M

Investors will be watching shares of AT&T and Time Warner after the Justice Department said it would sue to block their $85 billion merger.
The government says it's concerned the merged company would mean less competition and higher prices for customers. However, some say the Trump administration is just trying to force Time Warner to sell CNN, which it calls “fake news.”
Meanwhile, how safe is your Uber driver?  Colorado is fining the company $9 million after it found 57 Uber drivers were operating in the state despite serious criminal histories, including felony convictions and suspended driver’s licenses.
Lastly, The Players’ Tribune launched a weekly show on Twitter called Hashtag Verified. Athletes answer questions from fans in a live direct-to-camera format. It's meant to be a twist on a traditional post-game press conference.
