Police: Pa. man standing on I-80 after accident hit, killed

PARSIPPANY, N.J. (AP) -- Authorities say a driver survived when his car collided with a guardrail on a New Jersey highway, but was killed when another car struck his disabled vehicle.
State police said the accident happened around 3:30 a.m. Sunday on the westbound side of Interstate 80 in Parsippany.
The 27-year-old driver hit the guardrail in the center median. Another car then hit his car into him as he stood on the highway, killing him.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities identified the man Monday as Jonathan Santiago, of West Lawn, Pennsylvania.
One person in the other car was treated for minor injuries.
Two lanes on the highway were closed during an investigation into the accident. No charges have been filed.
