  • There’s a new documentary series from an unexpected place: Starbucks. The coffee chain is out with its second season of “Upstanders.” Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz helped write and produce the 11-episode series that is available to watch on Starbuck’s website.
  • Self-driving cars are getting an unexpected advocate: Mothers Against Drunk Driving. Google’s autonomous vehicle unit, Waymo, has created a new campaign about the benefits of autonomous driving. 
  • Apple has reportedly nixed an Elvis Presley biopic series from The Weinstein Company, according to Deadline. The decision comes after a “New York Times” expose on company co-founder Harvey Weinstein and allegations that he sexually harassed women for decades.
