An Eatontown pediatric surgeon accused of having sexual contact with a 17-year-old patient is facing more charges involving three additional victims, Monmouth County’s prosecutor announced in a press release Thursday.
Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher Gramiccioni said Dr. Saad Saad, 72, of Red Bank, is facing additional charges of criminal sexual contact and endangering the welfare of a child after more victims - between the ages of 14 and 17 - came forward following the announcement of his indictment in July.
The alleged incidents happened during exams.
If convicted on all counts, Saad faces decades in prison.
Investigators said they are seeking additional information about Saad’s activities and are concerned about the potential for additional victims. Anyone with additional information is urged to call 1-800-533-7443 to speak with Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office Detective Sgt. Michael Magliozzo or Eatontown Police Department Detective Jason Cardamoni at 732-389-7629.
Anyone who wants to remain anonymous, but has information about a crime, can contact Monmouth County Crime Stoppers confidential telephone tip-line by calling 1-800-671-4400.
