Several Morris County residents and at least three police officers were taken to the hospital with carbon monoxide poisoning.
Mount Olive Mayor Rob Greenbaum says that the people were exposed inside a home on Fennimore Court in the Flanders section of town.
All of those stricken were taken to the hospital for treatment.
Officials did not immediately release the condition of the victims.
