ENGLEWOOD -

An 83-year-old woman was sexually assaulted outside of a Bergen County church, police say.

The attack, which was caught on camera, happened around 5:30 a.m. last Friday at the Korean Community Church on Tenafly Road in Englewood.

Police say the woman was on her way to a dawn service prior to the attack.

They say video shows the suspect attacking the woman and then casually walking away. Moments later, the victim waved down a car for help.

The suspect is said to be Hispanic, possibly in his 30s and about 5 feet 6 inches tall. He was last seen wearing a backpack, light-colored pants and dark shoes with light-colored soles.

News 12 is told Crime Stoppers is offering up to $1,000 for information on the suspect and his whereabouts.
