Day care owner accused of sexually assaulting 2 children
PHILADELPHIA (AP) - A New Jersey man is accused of sexually assaulting two children at the day care center that he owns in Philadelphia.
Fifty-three-year-old Duncan Round of Medford Lakes, New Jersey, is charged with rape, sexual assault and other offenses. He remains in custody after he surrendered on Wednesday.
Round owns Sprouts day care.
Human Services officials interviewed a boy and a girl, who are both 5 years old, after receiving a tip on July 25. Police conducted a search of the center.
An attorney for Round did not immediately return a message Thursday seeking comment on the charges.
