EDISON -

With the Fourth of July weekend kicking off, hot dogs are on the menu for this week’s Food Truck Friday.

This week’s guest is Callahan’s, which is based in Norwood.

The original Callahan’s opened as a fast-food restaurant in 1950. Since then, Daniel C. DeMiglio has taken over the family business and taken his grandfather’s food on the road.

Callahan’s also still has a brick and mortar location in Norwood on Broad Street.
