Authorities have arrested a minister who allegedly tried to take photos and record video up the skirt of a woman who worked at his Hackettstown church.
Hackettstown police say that Rev. Terry Herzberg of Tannersville, Pennsylvania, surrendered to authorities in Warren County on Thursday. The 66-year-old made his court appearance on an invasion of privacy charge.
His attorney said that he has begun the process of applying for a pretrial intervention program, but declined further comment after the hearing.
Police say a woman in June told them she observed him taking photos of her intimate body parts while she worked at Gethsemane Lutheran Church.
Officials say the minister videotaped up the woman's skirt between July 2015 and June 2016.
