Forecast: Mostly cloudy skies to begin work week

EDISON -

Mostly cloudy skies and a chance of flurries in southern portions of New Jersey are expected in the Garden State to begin the work week.

News 12 Meteorologist James Gregorio says temperatures Monday will be in the high-40s, with mostly cloudy skies. Gregorio says there is the risk for some sprinkles and flurries throughout the day in southern portions of the state.

Temperatures overnight will drop into the low-30s, with partly cloudy skies. Conditions will be cold.

Tuesday is expected to see temperatures in the low-50s, with partly cloudy skies. Conditions will remain cold.

Wednesday should see partly cloudy skies. Temperatures will be in the low-50s.

Conditions are expected to be dry up until Wednesday.
