Forecast: Scattered rain showers; sunny Wednesday ahead

EDISON -

New Jersey saw mostly cloudy and cooler conditions Tuesday with some scattered rain showers.

News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Dave Curren says that some scattered thunderstorms are still possible in the evening and nighttime hours.

Tuesday’s overnight hours could see some more rain with temperatures in the low-60s.

Wednesday is expected to be mostly sunny with temperatures warming into the low-80s. Wednesday night should remain clear with temperatures cooling into the low-60s.

Thursday should also be sunny with temperatures once again in the low-80s.

Friday is also expected to see sunny skies with temperatures warming to the mid-80s.

Memorial Day weekend could be a bit cloudy, with temperatures in the 80s expected for Saturday through Monday.
