Forecast: Chilly rain with temperatures around 42 degrees

EDISON -

Some roadways are expected to be flooded this morning following heavy overnight rain.

Chilly rain will continue on throughout the day and Winter Weather Advisories are in affect for northwestern counties for freezing rain and snow mix.

The rain will continue for much of the day Sunday before tapering off by the evening. Sunday will see daytime high temperatures around 42 degrees.

The wet weather clears for Monday, which will see a mix of sun and clouds and high temperatures around 46 degrees.

Tuesday will be mostly sunny skies with highs near 38 degrees
