Rockaway Township officer accused of sexually assaulting 2 teens released from jail

A Rockaway Township police officer accused of sexually assaulting two teenage girls was released from jail.
Wilfredo Guzman appeared before a Morris County judge via video Monday. He did not enter a plea for the alleged crimes.
Judge Michael Carlucci ordered that Guzman must wear an electronic bracelet. Guzman was also told to attend weekly pretrial services.
Guzman is also accused of supplying the teens with prescription drugs and alcohol. He was ordered not to have any contact with the victims.
