Ranji Sinha is a reporter for News 12 New Jersey. Sinha has 10 years of reporting experience that's taken him from MTV in New York, to Central Virginia, Upstate New York, Western Michigan and now to the Garden State. Originally from the Tri-State area, Sinha is happy to be back and closer to his home on Long Island, and his parents who still live in the area.
He has been nominated for an Emmy as part of News 12 New Jersey’s breaking news coverage of a warehouse fire in North Brunswick.
Sinha has covered stories ranging from Hurricane Isabel to one of the largest oil spills in Midwestern history. He has also covered pieces on Hurricanes Irene & Sandy, the Terror attack on the Jersey Shore, and its aftermath
Sinha is an avid traveler and has been overseas many times to India to visit relatives, along with trips to Australia, England, France, Germany, Mexico, Switzerland, Tahiti, and Fiji in the South Pacific.
He has made a home in Harrison with his wife Kate, their new daughter Sabine, and their dog, a Corgi named Scout.
