A cold-blooded killing in Jersey City was caught on tape and News 12 New Jersey obtained the exclusive video.

The surveillance video shows Javon Williams and a companion backing away from an argument. Someone in a white hat then approaches Williams, pulls out a gun and shoots the 19-year-old. The video shows the gunman shooting Williams several times after his body hit the ground. The suspect is then seen fleeing the scene in a car.

Prosecutors say a .357 revolver was found discarded near the crime scene. Tests are being done on the gun to see if it is the murder weapon.
