The mourning families of two teenagers killed in a hit-and-run accident on Easter are offering a reward to catch the responsible driver.
The parents of Jon Mustafa and Lesley Carness are offering $10,000 to find the driver that fled the scene. Investigators believe the incident may have been due to a case of road rage.
The two teenagers were killed on their way to Carness' grandmother's house in April. A jeep suddenly pulled in front of Mustafa's car, causing him to slam on the brakes to avoid an accident. The teenager lost control of the vehicle, which rolled over.
Authorities have been looking for the driver and passenger of a dark Jeep Liberty. The Jeep has a rear-mounted tire with white letters and a license plate starting with the letter "J".
Anyone with information regarding the accident is being asked to contact the Middlesex County Prosecutor.
