Three of five men accused in the murder of a Brick Township man appeared in court Monday as police continue to search for two others.

Hamid Singleton, 31, was fatally shot Thursday in the Manitou Park section of Berkeley Township. Jose Mosley, Mark Hardy and David Spinks are each charged with two counts of attempted murder and possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes in Singleton?s death.

Singleton had served time in Essex County for selling drugs. He leaves behind two children and his pregnant fiancée.

Police are still searching for Kevin ?Knowledge? Banks and Hassan ?IU? Parker. They say the men are considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information about their whereabouts is urged to call the Ocean County Prosecutor?s Office.

Meanwhile, Mosley, Hardy and Spinks are each being held on $500,000 bail.
