State of emergency declared in New Jersey as state could get up to 10 inches of of snow

Residents and towns all over New Jersey spent Saturday preparing for a second dose of winter weather expected to hit.
In Clinton, the salt supply could not keep up with the demand. Hardware stores in the northwestern portion of the state saw snowstorm supplies fly off the shelves.
Temperatures remained on the low side in some areas since Thursdays? storm, now allowing for much melting. Forecasters predicted a wintry mix of rain and snow overnight, turning to rain on Sunday.
Clinton's police chief says many of their salt trucks are still loaded and ready for anything that comes their way.
