Morris Knolls teachers hit the jackpot
Holding the title of "teacher" at Morris Knolls High School in Morris County is paying off big time for some.
According to Morris Hills' school superintendent, 10 teachers and two secretaries are in possession of a winning lottery ticket for $80 million. The winners have not come forward yet, but plan on officially announcing their winnings Friday, according to school officials.
The winning ticket was purchased at Mike's Corner Market in Wharton. The store has a history of providing winning jackpots for Morris Knolls teachers. About 10 years ago, another group won a big jackpot with a ticket from the market as well.
The New Jersey Lottery Commission cannot confirm the win until a winning ticket is brought forth.
