The 17-year-old girl accused of stealing a teacher's car has surrendered to police in South Orange.Security cameras caught the girl at South Orange Middle School, before the winter break, with a tray of treats. Video shows the girl wandering the hallways and taking a set of car keys from a classroom. Police said another security video shows the teen finding the car the keys belong to and then driving away in the Toyota.Authorities used the security video to identify the teen and later issued a warrant for her arrest.The stolen car was spotted in East Orange a week later with two men inside. The men, Raymond White and Daymon Foster, were charged with receiving stolen property.
