Firefighters battled a three-alarm blaze Wednesday morning at a warehouse in Perth Amboy.
Officials say multiple fire crews were needed to contain the fire at The Cabinet Factory. Fire officials say the building was gutted by the blaze.
Smoke from the burning building could be seen from Bergen County and there are several homes close to the fire. No homes or streets were evacuated as a result of the fire. No injuries were reported.
Owners of The Cabinet Factory say they just moved to the Perth Amboy location a few months ago. They were finishing renovations and expected to open a showroom.
It is not known yet what may have caused the fire.
