Motorists across New Jersey dealt with ugly driving conditions for the second day in a row Wednesday.
Snow and sleet made for a rough commute Tuesday night. On Wednesday, the rain caused flooding on some roadways.
In Belmar, the weather changed throughout the day. The rain was heavy at times with whipping winds, followed by a bit of sunshine. An afternoon fog also rolled in for a short time.
