Small plane crash near Princeton, 1 person injured

(AP) - A small plane has crashed near Princeton Airport and the pilot appears to have suffered minor injures.

One of the airport's owners says the crash happened right before noon. Dick Nierenberg says the plane landed in woods near the airport. He believes the pilot is fine, but may have broken an ankle.

Emergency officials tell The Times of Trenton someone on board dialed 911 to report the crash.

It's unclear how many people were on board or what kind of plane was involved.
