McGreeveys back in divorce court

The McGreeveys were back in divorce court Thursday, after days of accusations and denials over whether they engaged in three-way sex. Thursday?s issue was whether Dina Matos McGreevey was duped into marriage or whether she knew the former governor was gay all along.
A judge threw out her claim of emotional distress, ruling that Jim McGreevey did not aim to hurt his wife emotionally during the marriage. The judge did allow her to proceed with her marriage fraud claim.
Judge Karen Cassidy barred the media from hearing certain arguments on custody of the gay former governor's 6-year-old daughter. The same judge sealed the court record relating to the girl this week.
Thursday's courtroom session in Elizabeth comes amid revelations by a former driver that he regularly engaged in threesomes with the couple before McGreevey became governor.
Jim McGreevey says it's true; Dina Matos McGreevey denies the trysts ever happened.
