First wave of Rutgers students arrives

More than 1,000 Rutgers students moved into their dorms Saturday as the new school year neared.

Seniors, juniors and sophomores came accompanied by carts and crates filled with personal belongings. One transfer student says she looks forward to attending her new school.

?I'm very excited to meet new people and be in a different environment,? says Andrea Lee, who is entering Rutgers as a sophomore. ?It's different and much bigger than my other school.?

The freshman class moves into their dorm rooms next weekend.
