Shooting victim among 3 dead in Irvington house fire

(AP) - It appears a fire in Irvington was set toconceal a homicide. At least one of three people confirmed dead was shot. Prosecutor Paula Dow tells News 12 New Jersey the fire looks likea "coverup." The fire was reported at 7:45 a.m. in the three-story wood frameresidence on Columbia Avenue near the Newark-Irvington border. In addition to the three dead, a fourth person was hospitalized. Detectives from the Essex County Prosecutor's Homicide Squad andArson Task Force along with Irvington police are on the scene.
