2 dead, 2 injured in Newark crash

Police say two people are dead and two others are injured after a car accident involving a robbery suspect in Newark.Officials say the accident happened early Thursday morning on 10th Street. According to officials, a silver Audi with five people in it was speeding down the street when it hit a telephone pole. Police say the car may have been part of several robberies overnight in Newark. The two individuals injured in the crash were taken to the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. The fifth person in the car fled the scene, but was arrested when he showed up at the hospital.Police have not yet released the names of those involved in the incident.
