New Jersey governor among voters
New Jersey Gov. Jon Corzine was among hundreds who turned out to vote at a Hoboken fire station Tuesday morning.
As voters waited on long lines at Hoboken Fire Company, Number 2, Gov. Corzine says the long wait gave him an opportunity to speak with his constituents.
"We had a lot of fun,? said Gov. Corzine, who waited more than an hour to vote. ?This is part of being a citizen and a neighbor, and it was good to have a chance to chat with a lot of people."
Some voters, like the governor, waited more than an hour to vote, but read magazines and used their Blackberry to let friends know they would be running late.
