Obama supporters find burning cross on front lawn

A family in Hardwick Township celebrated the historic election of Barack Obama with a lawn banner, only to later find a burning cross on their lawn.

The homemade banner, which read "President Obama Victory '08," was stolen from the family's property in Warren County. Homeowner Gary Grewal, from India, says he found a burning cross in place of the banner the next morning.

"Even in 2008 there are some cowards and some punks that live in our community and I'm going to take this responsibility to identify who these people are," says Grewal.

Family members say they will do their part in finding out who's responsible.

New Jersey state police investigators also say they will vigorously pursue the case.
