Hamilton police close in on cold case arrest
Police say they are close to closing the case on the 2006 slaying of a Trenton woman found murdered on a Hamilton construction site.
According to police, 28-year-old Kirsten Greenwood was shot several times in the chest. Authorities call the murder an execution and describe her death as brutal.
Police aren't leaking too much information, but could be close to solving the cold case.
"Lets just say that there's some information we were be able to verify, and some new developments were encouraging," says Lt. James Kostoplis, of the Hamilton Township Police Department.
A cash reward is being offered for any information that leads to the arrest of the person or people responsible for Greenwood's death.
