Police say two armed men in their 20s robbed the Bank of America on Easton Avenue in Franklin Township Saturday morning.

The FBI and Somerset County Prosecutor?s Office are investigating the robbery, which took place shortly after 9:30 a.m. According to Greg Landbater, a gas station attendant who works across the street, two men came in Saturday morning and filled out job applications before leaving and heading toward the bank. Police intend to use the surveillance video provided by the gas station in their investigation.

Witnesses describe the suspects as men in their 20s dressed in all brown. Investigators have not released the amount of money stolen and continue to search for the suspects. Police ask anyone with information to call the Franklin Township Police Department at 732-873-2300.
