400-pound black bear tranquilized in Wayne

A 400-pound black bear that police say killed a 16-year-old border collie in Wayne will likely be euthanized.

Police were able to follow the bear's tracks after the attack. State fish and wildlife officers then found and tranquilized the bear.

"We're heartbroken," says Marian Szal, owner of the dog that was killed. "He was a member of the family."
