Rain and wind hit the Garden State

Rain fell again Monday night across the Garden State causing minor flooding in some northern parts of the state.

Flood warnings are in place for Essex, Morris and Passaic counties.

News 12 New Jersey meteorologist James Gregorio says the Passaic River at Little Falls will crest Wednesday afternoon at approximately one and a half feet over flood stage.

The storm comes as northern counties are still dealing with flooding caused by a massive nor'easter that blasted the state March 12-14.
