Gov. Christie offers wage freeze incentive

Gov. Chris Christie is offering a wage freeze incentive.

The governor says that school districts whose teachers agree to a wage freeze for the 2011 fiscal year will receive more state aid.

Montclair High School students protested as Christie made an appearance there Tuesday to discuss the budget. Montclair Public Schools has agreed to the 1-year wage freeze. NJEA says it will not accept the freeze.
