Fire rips through East Brunswick home

A fire ripped though an East Brunswick home this morning.

The fire broke out at around 8:30 a.m. at a home on Nenninger Lane.

Firefighters say they arrived to find heavy fire and smoke coming from the home. A fire hydrant nearest to the home was inoperable, which caused a delay in obtaining a water supply, according to East Brunswick fire officials.

Fire officials say no one was injured in the blaze.
