Moonachie asst. fire chief involved in serious crash

The Moonachie assistant fire chief was involved in serious motor vehicle crash early this morning while responding to a fire.

Assistant Fire Chief Victor Migliorino collided with another car in Wood-Ridge as he was responding to the call.

Police officials have not released any information regarding the condition of the chief or the other driver.

The fire chief was admitted to the hospital as a precaution with non-life threatening injuries.
