Rutgers and Apple offer iPad-powered course

Rutgers University Business School has teamed up with Apple to offer digital marketing courses that will be built around the hot, new iPad.

The new iPad curriculum will be part of a 12-session summer course at the Center for Management Development at Rutgers.

Faculty member Eric Greenberg has been working with Apple for months, on the best way to integrate the iPad into the curriculum. All course materials, traditionally distributed on paper, will be pre-loaded onto the device.

"The actual apps we are going to develop and how we are going to integrate it into the class, is really something we are going to be experimenting and developing with Apple," Greenberg says.
