NJ education system documentary makes waves

The feature-length documentary titled, "The Cartel," was screened at Bergen County Community College last night.

The documentary reveals the deep seeded problems of the New Jersey education system.

The film, created and directed by Bob Bowden, looked to uncover the truth about the state's education spending.

"So the answer is a lot of disappears in administration, and patronage jobs and contractors and all kinds of things that don't impact the classroom," said Bowden.

"The Cartel" will be screened again tonight at the New Jersey Education Reform Rally in Trenton.
