Former Hackensack police chief suspended with pay

Former Hackensack Police Chief Ken Zisa was suspended with pay today after being accused of insurance fraud.Zisa surrendered to authorities last week after Bergen County Prosecutor John Molinelli claimed he filed an insurance claim with a false statement for a 2008 accident involving his girlfriend.After Zisa's arrest, Molinelli said his office would monitor the police department for at least six months.
