NJ man captures video of police using Taser on fan

(AP) - Philadelphia police say an officer appearsto have acted appropriately when he used a Taser to subdue ateenage fan resisting arrest after running onto the field during aPhillies game.

Lt. Frank Vanore, a police spokesman, says Commissioner CharlesRamsey reviewed the tape and felt the officer had acted within thedepartment's guidelines.

Vanore says internal affairs is still investigating.

The teen, dressed in a Phillies T-shirt, ran on the field at thetop of the eighth inning of Monday night's game against St. Louis.

He dodged two security officers and ran around the outfieldbefore the officer subdued him.

Police say the teen is charged with defiant trespass, disorderlyconduct and resisting arrest.

His name is not being released because of his age.

Chuck Walker of Pitman captured the incident on video and posted it on Youtube.
