Police investigating homicide in Monroe Twp.

Authorities are investigating a homicide at a home in Monroe Township.

Investigators from the Monroe Police Department and the Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office say the investigation began with a 911 call at 5:43 a.m. yesterday at a Perrineville Road home. The Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office has identified the victim as Theresa Wysokowski. Officials say the results of an autopsy are not yet available, but say it appears she suffered multiple stab wounds. Wysokowski lived with her husband and two children. The prosecutor's office has confirmed that her husband was at work when she was killed.
