Management aims to clean up high-rise
New measures at the Rowan Towers in Trenton aim to increase security following an alleged gang-rape of a 7-year-old girl in March.
According to a report in the Times of Trenton, the new policy would evict residents with police arrests or criminal convictions.
Policies scheduled to go into effect on June 1 require all people 16 and older to carry photo identification, a pass for overnight visitors, and prohibit guests from entering the complex after 11:00 p.m.
The report says residents were served a notice on April 30 with the new changes.
