Ocean County school vies for national vocal title

Students at Drum Point Elementary School in Brick are competing for the title in a national school vocal group competition.

If selected as the winners, the school will receive $10,000 for their school's music program.

The Fruitables School Music Mash-Up was created to encourage creativity and foster arts education among young students across the nation.

The winner will be selected by a national vote on their Facebook Fan Page and announced next week.
