Gov. Christie holds town hall meeting in Robbinsville
Gov. Chris Christie (R-N.J.) continued his series of town hall meetings today at a senior center in Robbinsville.
Christie made a push for a constitutional amendment that will create a 2.5-percent cap on any property tax increases and a 2.5-percent cap on increased spending for state government operations.
According to the plan, local governments could ask voters to exceed the levy cap through referenda.
