Top Bergen County chef gives healthy eating tips

Bergen County's "Ultimate Chef" stopped by the News 12 New Jersey studios this morning to talk about healthy eating tips as summer heats up.

Twenty-seven-year culinary veteran Chef Jesse Jones says sides that include fresh fruits and vegetables are the key to giving any dish a healthy edge.

Chef Jones suggests selecting a top quality, grass-fed and hormone-free meat for best results.

Jones was crowned Bergen County's "Ultimate Chef" back in March, unseating the previous Ultimate Chef Christine Nunn.
