Officials can hope for an invite to skyboxes at the Izod Centerand the new Meadowlands Stadium or accept free tickets at the PNCBank Arts Center.

The skyboxes are reserved for the governor's office and NewJersey Sports and Exposition Authority commissioners.

Forty tickets are set aside for the governor's office, theexecutive director of the Turnpike Authority, Turnpike Authoritycommissioners, and the transportation commissioner.

Christie spokesman Michael Drewniak says the boxes "servelegitimate business, government and political functions."

The New Jersey Taxpayers' Association is opposed to lawmakersgetting any special perks at the expense of taxpayers.
