Ocean Grove facility helps women deal with cancer

An Ocean Grove facility is trying to provide some relaxation and rejuvenation to women who are undergoing cancer treatment. Mary's Place by the Sea allows women to stay for a few days or even a few hours. Services available include made-to-order meals, yoga, meditation and massages.

The founder of the non-profit facility told News 12 New Jersey that the services go beyond what is done at the facility. It also provides financial support, house cleaning, grocery shopping and running errands. It caters to women with all types of cancer and those who are currently getting treatment or those who have finished treatment. Women who have spent time at the facility say that they were able to get much-needed rest during their stay. One woman said that she was able to get her inner-self back on track after staying there.
